We lived up the street from Steve and had waved at he and his family since they moved in in 2015, so we knew him just in passing. He was recommended to us as a realtor from two of our neighbors, so I knocked on their door and his wife answered. He had just hopped off the treadmill and apologized for not looking professional. I was floored, as I was in my grubby sweats from my early morning hike, and I liked them immediately! He has a calm voice and presence that gave me reassurance every day! Between myself, my family, and my friends, I have used Steve Rifkin's services to buy and sell a total of 6 homes. I truly believe that Steve is the best realtor out there! A few years ago I was newly divorced but had saved up enough money to buy myself a townhouse. Although my credit was excellent, I am self employed, and at the time only had a small amount to put down. I qualified for a FHA loan, which is definitely not ideal in the minds of sellers. This was all during the time that homes were getting well more than 10 offers within a day of going on the market. Although the price range that I was looking at meant that Steve would not be ending up with a high commission dollar-wise, Steve treated me as if I was buying a several million dollar home. He tirelessly took me from home to home. I made several offers, but no one accepted my offers. I finally found the perfect home and the sellers accepted my offer. Being on the top of his game, Steve held my hand throughout the process, leaving me to worry about very little. Shortly after that experience, Steve sold my mom's home in 3 days with multiple offers, and helped a friend of my buy a home. Again, he made the process so easy! At the end of last year my fiancé and I decided to move to Oregon. It was during the holidays and interest rates had gone up quite a bit, greatly slowing down the market. We put my house on the market in middle December. It sold in 4 days with multiple offers, including the cash offer that I accepted. I made over 100K in two years of owning that home. We also put my fiancé's house on the market in late December. Between the time of the year, and a really difficult market, it took a couple of months to get the right offer. Steve worked tirelessly and never gave up. He knew when to lower the price, as well as which offers to turn down. He communicated with us constantly, always telling us at the end of every phone conversation, "call me if you have any questions or need anything". That house ended up selling at top dollar as well. In summary, I believe that Steve Rifkin is the best realtor out there. It would be very difficult to find someone so caring, professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working as Steve. In an industry where professionals often have a very bad reputation, Steve is at the top of his game and shines above everyone else!

Mr. Rifkin is a professional through and through. He is skilled and knowledgeable in the realtor field and is a very good communicator. It is important that a realty agent keeps in touch with me during the sale of my property. It is stressful enough when you have to chase around your representative. Steve kept in constant communication and would always say "call me if you need anything". I was selling my home during the increase in mortgage rate interest increases. He has several plans available for the sale of the house. Plan A, B, & C is a nice thing to have in your back pocket. If you need a realty agent - this is the person to have in your corner.
